Cancellation Policy

Please note that deposits are non refundable and non- negotiable. A 50% deposit of the chosen service is required to secure your appointment on preferred date. Deposit will be credited towards final amount of service. Your appointment will be cancelled 3hours after booking and deposit is not received. If you are unable to make your appointment - please call or email within a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be credited to your next service. Same day cancellation will not be credited towards a future appointment. Appointment credits must be used within 3 months. Home studio is located in SW Edmonton AB. Address and code will be communicated after booking is confirmed. Please take note that scheduled appointments are based on availability - if rescheduled I would do my best to work with your new date. An extra charge of $20 will be added to your total for appointments outside my weekend booking times (10am-6pm) appointments at these times are also subject to availability.
